Larry- if you want something else, go buy something else. As a Naxos shareholder we are owners of the company and we do have rights.

As an investor I evaluated the risk and rewards prior to my purchase of Naxos, for Franklin Lake, and made my decision accordingly. I continue to hold the shares todays AS AN OWNER OF THE COMPANY for Franklin Lake.

If I decide that the risks are increasing I will sell.

If I perceive the value to be higher than the current share price I will buy more.

If I want Coke I will make the same evaluation and go buy it.

The last, in my opinion, mistake of a press release should be retracted immediately and without reservation.

On September 15, 1998 Naxos represented to us shareholders that they were going to fund the Johnson/Lett technology and start the pilot plant. It has only been a few weeks.

I purchased the stock for Franklin Lake, I do own a certain percentage. Any attempt to take it away without my permission as a shareholder will be dealt with accordingly. If there is a shareholder vote, and the majority want to buy xyz and sell Franklin Lake, so be it. This way, without shareholder approval, is unacceptable.
