Kidl,
I did enjoy it immensely.Cathy, my better half and I took our four legged wonder with us and went on just that,a fall viewing of natures patchwork quilt.Left 10:30 in the AM and got back around 7:am.The reds and oranges and golds are gorgeous this time of year and the woods appear to be on fire. The dog thought it was great.Rudy(his name)is a one year old golden retriever, chow, border collie cross(although he looks like a retriever more than some pure breeds),enjoyed it immensely.Thought he was in seventh heaven.
They need that and come to think of it so do we.It allows us to say"what a great day to be alive". I remember an old friend of mine, who is since departed, could never understand why people got so upset at the game of golf to the point where they were breaking clubs or always complaining about the weather. He used to say "the people who are bed ridden or wheel chair bound would love to be out in the open air making terrible shots" That always comes to mind when I have a day like yesterday.Have a great day.
