Cougar, I really had my hopes up for this stock. It's just too bad that negotiations had to have gone this long. Those that know this stock like the back of their hands like I do know that I'm right. Sandie, sure the other deals will happen (but chances are, not as quickly as you believe), but the stock won't appreciate in price until those deals appear as solid earnings. That's how you price speculative stocks in a bear market, not on promises, handshakes, and good PR. As for the mega-dilution, I still stand by my statements. I know people with tons of shares from back in the low pennies that are dying to dump their shares once we head back over a buck -- trust me, Rentech's dilutive past will come back to haunt it.
