Is there any way to verify the 28% stake? This is considerably higher than I had guessed. When/if ITXC goes public, the stake will become public knowledge. It will also bolster VOCLF's balance sheet. They won't participate directly in profits (or losses) except as normal business if ITXC buys VOCLF's products. What VOCLF products would they buy? I believe it is the balance sheet (read DT's cash) that puts a reasonable bottom on this stock.

Don I'm not sure about the stake in ixtc by vocaltec,I had asked that same question of Mary and Tom last year when they first started and the hype was hot in the whole sector and My impression was that VocalTec had only provided Along with ATT seed money for the startup and has no real affiliation other then the agreement at the time and as far as i know the promise to use VocalTec gateways when and if it is the first choice.Now Don We all Know you were in FTEL and It went down along with a lot of other stuff and My opinion is not at all as positive as it used to be but generally as a sector of the industry in a whole.I Still feel that we are at the bottom or close to it and with the companies 1 st quarter out three days after closing and the 2nd already in the making of another big ball buster This may be the time to get back in to recoup those losses.I am not hyping anything but Don They did over 900,000 and close to 2/3 of that is recurring revenue.I may be wrong but pretty soon even ValueSpec will have to leave the negativity at the border,This may be a start up and as such is not without risk but i feel the teens are closer then many want to think,You see as the duck gets closer to the hunter the hunter thinks he's got a better shot,but the hunter also has to be quicker at the sight and the trigger or the duck will out fly him,This may be the case very soon here.
