You'd think if what you were saying were true that AZNT would have put out a press release about the ending of the court case by now. Well, they have not, so I can just assume since you don't name a source who was in the courtroom that you are, as usual, making everything up.

So, tell me, did the judge issue a summary judgment?

Spidey? Hey, Mike Sylver can sue anyone he likes. Must make a change for someone whose past experience been as defendant. But remember: he also needs to win his case. Not to mention find a way to pay all those legal bills.
