Hi Gord. Very insightful commentary. I have participated in this thread for some 5 months now. I researched as much as I could on the information at hand, in all cases the result was that GE is a poorly managed, poorly run outfit, that has (albeit in the past) been involved with the SEC. There claims are outrageous and cetainly unsupportable with the provided documentation.

I had established (to my satisfaction), that insufficient sampling occured in the preliminary stage leading up to the claimed "proven"! That has now been confirmed by the company.

You have mentioned drilling,..I have as well...many many times! The information from the company is that the ground is "unstable" and will not support drilling. However, there is numerous tunnels in the hillsides where the locals presently mine gold?

Every indiation is that this company has provided a document to the "world " that "at the moment" is unsupportable!!

You have said: But of course, if you are a lottery player and are enjoying the game or if you are a fellow traveller, carry on. But do ask the questions.

That is exactly what this project is and 90% of the people on the thread understand that! They have stated that they are willing to lose all, in pursuit of a "once in a lifetime" shot!!

For your info, I am not a GE shareholder!

Interesting post indeed. Now, we must not forget that Terry Turner lived in Bolivia for some years. So, I credit him with at least a good sense of the local politica and issues. Of course, there are lots of questions unanswered.
However, I wish people would quit posting stupid rumours, positive as well as negative, from "reliable sources" or from wherever else. Rumours of a deal done or almost done, rumours now of monies disappearing mysteriously. People who post such things act irresponsibly. Either check the facts or remain silent, please.
Now, I must admit that GE's attitude right now does not inspire trust. But, it is no reason to invent stories to fill the void.
Hope the bs will stop soon and wish that GE will understand that keeping people in the dark does not help either.
Michel

Is there any credible news regarding this project.I see this thread
suffers from 'reliable sources',however this is common in mining 'posts'.
Can you give me ANY CERTAINTIES about this project other than where it is located.

R. { 'Reliable sources'..........i'll be damned }
