I suggest you reread the document:

""it is within the Company's control the aggregate amount of Common Stock to be issued pursuant to the Class A Warrant (which can range from $0 to $1.5 million during such three month period), and the minimum price per Share for such issuance. "

And just to put your mind further at ease, I have had over 5 lawyers who deal with securities go over the document. They also happen to be REFR shareholders and are ASTOUNDED at the deal and how it gives REFR TOTAL control! Their comments were that Ailouros must KNOW something BIG is about to happen if they are agreeing to these terms. Time will tell Mr. Babb. The other shareholders (as you see from Mr. Bilich's post to Mr. Wexler) and I are very patient. We have seen the negative hyping before and know the scam the shorts are trying to put out. I would hope that this is not your agenda and that you will acknowledge your error in interpreting the SEC filing.

P.S. Let me know if you need the page number reference for this quote. I assumed since you published the link you would have no trouble in finding it.
