I didn't mean "buying" by ceo's.I meant they can see more directly any negatives than we can.They often chat amongst themselves and in the board rooms about the present and future.My bet is that they think there is still uncertainty about how severe the final impact will be.They have to plan for future quarters with inventories etc..so I do keep an eye out for purchasing numbers too.Just this week one company was clueless as to their shortfall in orders/revenues...sorry I can't remember which one.This is all about "what are you going to do for me tomorrow?" sort of notion.
