They partnered up with IPEC on Cu, so merger seems less likely.

The firm I have all my accounts with follow SpeedFam as one of their favorite holdings. They said it is interesting that Faubert came over to run SFAM. The reason why is that he was NVLS CEO right hand man for awhile. They feel that this gives the rumor credibility and that the pair makes sense. I bought SFAM stock for me and the January options for the rumor.
