No AXC patents in HDTV that I know of Al, but Jubimer has pointed out that Sony licenses a pool of AXC patents. Maybe something there.
Yeah, that would bolster my confidence too. Actually I haven't the slightest idea what AXC's rumored proprietary expertise in digital might be. Not that it doesn't exist...I just know they haven't translated a dollop of it into increased sales yet. I am trying to figure out where growth may come from in the next year and a half.
(I do think if they would simply reissue their analogue decks - with small improvements - they would sell.But they don't seem disposed to even consider that.)
If there is one this recent attempt has taught, AXC cannot count on the courts to grow. They are going to have to actually sell some things.
