Dixon, tell us something about the fund making the investment. Can you point us to its web page or any financial filings? What are some of its other investments? How many REFR shares does it currently hold, if any? Who are its backers? Name some other companies it has made similar deals with so we can check their track records. The character of this fund is now very important to REFR future as it will soon be one of the largest shareholders, assuming it holds the shares. Anyone have any answers?
