Maxwell, you have made many errors these past couple of years <ggg> ... Strange,
you didn't mention anything about Low K dielectrics. I guess only Intel
will have this at .18um ... BTW, Low K is more important than Copper
for speed and especially power. It's time for you to go back to work on
your furnace tube. <ggg>
