Good point.But ironically I just talked to someone involved in a new devolpment in a ski area in Colorado for very pricey homes.NOW they are starting to get worried of the fall out.Are the smart guys out of the market and in light of the global situation will they be willing to park a couple or a few million into real estate...is of concern to these folks.The point is that there are some pretty high rollers that are showing concern going forward.My comment was that people and businesses are and will feel a pinch,if they haven't already.
