Skeeter, check out the company web site if you haven't yet... my Dad
is a CPA and has reviewed the audited financials. He didn't have a
problem with them. Tisdal over on the Yahoo board has contacted both
Polaris and Mercruiser and verified that JAWS is moving product for
them. In fact, Polaris made it clear that they have plans for expanding
the relationship as JAWS grows. Since Polaris is a NYSE company I think
it adds some credibility that they are happy with the business JAWS
is doing. No doubt there are questions, but I think it's too soon to
write this company off as a scam.

One really big difference between tis and RMIL is that RMIL's financials
were terrible... in fact when they filed the 8-K for the merger I was
left wondering how they were even still in business. JAWS on the
other hand appears to be growing.

A number of people have questioned delays in filing the form 10...
the company did in fact file it but it was kicked back for revisions.
Currently I understand that the company has hired an outside consultant
to whip the form into shape before refiling... apparently he has a very
good reputation. I have not independently verified any of this, but
people I've come to know around the threads have -- so as for me, I'm
satisfied for now.

I don't know where in hell you think you are getting your information but this company has never been late in producing quarterly financials. On planets served by one sun, like ours, the financials come out shortly after the end of the quarter. Today is October 4. That means the quarter ended four days ago. Repeat: THEY ARE NOT AND NEVER HAVE BEEN LATE WITH FINANCIALS.

As for the Form 10. I want to see it filed. We all want to see it filed. I believe it will be filed soon. If you don't think so, and if you really believe the paranoid nonsense you are spouting here, then by all means take a hike.
