MH, I don't think it's boring--I think it's interesting. My view so far on TA is that it can't set up hard and fast rules. Charts are the ultimate TA tool because they condense a lot of information into a graphic. The lines and bands and other voodoo you draw on these charts are secondary IMESHO. I think common sense and "feel" go a long way, and experience, (above all, experience) and knowing the market and its participants. That article about Vinick posted by Jung the other day is a good example of how certain participants leave their footprints.

Having said that, here is a link I got from a TA thread. Last week these charts screamed turning-point for the recent rally. (The moving averages had just converged)
