Thanks Joe, that was very informative. I really like the sound of the chances of positive earnings in the current quarter being very good.
That should look good to potential buyers, investment bankers and of course us shareholders.

Joe this statement that "his advisors are stating that the addition of Locus will change the image of DCI" sounds like he is being advised not to go through with this deal. Especially the next sentence that states "If he still persists with the acquisition change the contract to an all cash deal" This reads to me like he is being advised not to go forward but if you MUST go all cash. Am I reading to much into those two sentences?
