jbe, I'm not for decriminalizing the use of marijuana, period. I don't think kids should be smoking it. If they do, then they need to begin to realize that there are consequences for flouting the law. It's a good learning experience for them. Maybe if Bill Clinton had had a similar such learning experience, he wouldn't be so quick today to lie under oath.

At this time I don't feel like expending effort learning about the joys of Hemp, etc.
