Yes, I'm personally warning you. You are being reckless and untruthful in your statements, and you make them many times daily.

Personally, I am getting tired of your misrepresenting and misquoting me, which I consider personally harmful. I'm a serious player, and no I won't lighten up in this objection. I post what I believe and I post what I believe to be truthful. By recklessly and repeatedly causing me to set my record straight you are wasting my time and effort, and misrepresenting statements I have given considerable thought to. If you keep it up, I'll do what I can to have you taken out of here.

Personally I am not short Yahoo. I have chosen Lycos as a short in the internet sector. My take is that its the best target. Its the weakest third rate portal, it didn't make any significant deals with the big guys, its profit margin are the worst and therefore it will fall faster and harder.
I have a question though, for all of you who are long Yahoo.

Could you please explain me Yahoo's business plan for the future?
They can't increase advertising prices forever. No matter what. And there are not that many changes on their website for the past three years. Its still the same website that serves the same purpose. Simple search engine. They almost don't have their own contense.
Their grows up to now was good. But what about the future? What is it they are selling that could help them to sustain this growth rate?
How are they developing their product? Their site is popular. but its not enough. They can't double or triple what they charge for advertising year after year.
What is your understanding of their business model?

OC,

I asked a while ago how anyone knows that Bear Sterns was selected as the brokerage house to sell the 3 million shares. I do not wish to get in the middle of your "debate" with William but the recent filing did not state who was going to handle the transations or did it? I could go re-read it but thought someone might know.
