Donner Corp. International Issues Strong Buy Recommendation On Home Depot

IRVINE, Calif., Oct. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- The following is being issued by Donner Corp. International, a member of the National Association of Securities Dealers, CRD number 37702.

Donner Corp. International, an Investment Banking firm headquartered in Irvine, Calif., today issued a Strong Buy Recommendation on Home Depot (HD).

In the report, Donner Corp. said Home Depot is insulated from depressed world markets, since its main base is in the United States. The report cited Home Depot's expansion, saying it is projected to have more than 1,100 stores by the year 2000. Home Depot presently operates almost 700 stores with an aggregate retail selling space of approximately 72 million square feet.

The Donner report said that Home Depot has been consistently named one of America's most admired retail companies. It stressed how impressed Donner was after visiting a number of Home Depot outlets. "We strongly believe in this company's future, and so do the many customers we saw in each store" said Jeff Baclet, President of Donner and author of the report.
