why the recent insider buying According to Market Guide, 26,000 shares have been purchased by insiders in the last 6 months. During the same period, institutional holders have sold a net 113,000 shares. and debt conversion to stock? In the third quarter, the Company will accrue an approximate $1 million, one-time charge, reflecting the value of additional shares given to convertible bond holders as incentive to convert early. The more important question, IMO, is why the huge increase in inventories & receivables during the previous quarter? Ken
