The above is the point of yours to which my primary response was directed. Your comment, italicized above, just is not accurate, and in fact you've not responded at all to my information about 2 new contracts, one of which was a recent $300MM deal with SBC.

Instead of responding to that correction, you've deflected the issue to whether any carrier has removed old ATM equipment for new equipment from a different vendor. Without better information from SBC or Telkom South Africa, neither you nor I can answer this.

For what it's worth, the Telkom SA comment about putting in new infrastructure could well mean replacing the old ATM infrastructure, just as much as your interpretation of starting from scratch without any preexisting ATM infrastructure at all. But I suppose we would both be guessing on that issue.

I only point out all of the above because I like to make investment decisions based upon accurate data. I don't wish to promote any company, but rather to know the facts.
