Yes, Pluvia, you may as well try to scare as many people here as you try to on Yahoo. You forget to mention that REXI requires a higher amount of collateral than conventional lenders.

Despite all of your comments it seems that neither you or anyone else has found enough proof to actually start a lawsuit not only since the drop a month and a half ago, but during all the years they were supposedly doing all this.

The estimates for this stock are still around fifty cents for the quarter and nobody (aside from you) has revised the earnings downward. Any lawsuits could take years even if you are correct, which up until now you only allude to being possible.

You seem to be spreading your biased view whereever you can. I've read almost every post on Yahoo since the stock tanked. At first I was impressed with your research and thought you had something to offer, but so far absolutely nothing (someone correct me if I'm wrong). I am long on the stock, and will continue to be long until either you or someone else can come up with an opinion as to why their fundamentals should change drastically. Their earnings have done nothing but increase for about eight years. Suddenly they will stop because you say so.

I'll say once again, if you have *real* proof, please share it. I like to make informed decisions and would be grateful for the information.

For everyone else who is long and in need of some positive news, here is a site:
biz.yahoo.com

Please remember that anyone can post on the internet and have virtually no consequences for their actions (although some lawsuits have been filed, hopefully unsuccessfully IMO) Anyone can have a name and if it doesn't work, they can get another name. It's not as easy as meeting someone new face to face and assuming they had to have some morals, good decisions, or judgement to get where they are today. If someone on the internet makes a bad call, they can resort to their other names which so far have been correct or still have some credibility..
