small float.: Yes. NO.

Correct timing would be kind in this game. Sometimes a stock destined to fall seems to rise in the very short run. See SRCM on their bright fast-counting run-up to 9 1/2 before diving sub 7 again, or FP from 15 back to 22 before the ultimate rock-bottom happened.

But it pays off to weather the storm, as it did in many cases before. I start with a small short position, because one could always miss the train but leave some ammo if it really heads higher prices at one moment.

Note that the small float will go up in december- for sure. The reverse split worked out fine in bringing down the share count in free float - making it easy to pump up the price, but after the lockup, shares definitely will hit the market if the price is acceptable.

At least warrants will be exercised at the $3.20 strike and shares will be sold quickly - as ever. And there are many warrants.

C.

The squeeze is possible, as everywhere. Unfortunately I couldn't find short ratio for it. In any case squeeze on this company will be a temporary event. I seriously doubt that insiders who have a very large position in the company will be able to resist a temptation to get rid of it in December.
My strong beleive is that its heading exactly where it was pre-split that is below 1, because that is where it belongs.

Christian, thanks for an excelent analisys. I will continue my analisys and keep an update.

Good luck.
