James - The volume is starting to pick up on EXL. As at 1PM EST there were over 419,100 shares traded for an increase of $CAN 0.015. Of this there was one block of 375,141 @35c and another 18,000 went to Green Line (discount broker), for a total of 393,141 shares to Green Line.

The other positive development is that Midland also picked up 25,000 at 35c after the Greenline trade. So wo knows what the scoop is ? It could be a signal that things could be moving along on the litigation front. One can only interpret this as being positive!

Remember when we used to comment on broker 021 picking up GME shares, I finally learned to use my CanadaStockwatch feature that tell me that Broker 21 is a Mutual Funal?, possibly accumulating shares for their account.
