[NASDAQ:ARTT] announced today that effective October 27, 1998, Robert S. McCambridge will assume the position of executive vice president and chief financial officer of ART. ART utilizes a state-of-the-art broadband wireless and ATM/IP network to provide advanced data communications services to off-fiber businesses. Most recently, he was executive vice president of One Comm, formerly Cable Plus Holding Company, headquartered in Bellevue, Wash. Previously, McCambridge was treasurer and vice president of corporate development for Control Data Corporation, where he managed the company's highly successful restructuring and recapitalization to create Ceridian Corporation and Control Data Systems. In addition, McCambridge has over ten years of investment banking experience with technology companies. He was a senior vice president and director of corporate finance at Dain Bosworth, Inc., and a partner at Drexel Burnham Lambert.
