<<I have never claimed to be an expert on fab process, but I may know more than you think Maxwell, I don't have the same need that you have to show it, or should I say fake it. >>

You may know some fab process but I know more than you. If you fake it I know it. The same goes with your field of expertise. I don't need to fake it because you know it and it shows my ignorance. Yousef pretended that he knows Intel 0.25um PII process but he really doesn't know it. The reason I know it because I know Intel 0.25um process and his information is way off.

There is no need for me to prove anything here. Most of these knowledge are acquired and not publishable. It would be a waste of my time to search the net. Even if I found it the information would be obsolete and useless. If I tell you that I learn my information from so and so you would still never believe me.

<<Re: "BTW, the cooled 0.25um PII was running at -50C. "

And how would you know this? If you have a reference fine, post it, otherwise I will assume it is just more of your BS.>>

Yes I am that good. Let me give you a hint. If you draw the speed of the transistor versus the temperature you will find that the speed of the transistor switching to the on state increase significantly as the temperature is dropped. At -50C the speed improvement is about 40-50%. At room temperature (water cooled) the improvement is minimal. Kryotech is the only company that makes such device to cool down the CPU. It was used to demo a 0.35um PII running at 400MHz.
