Pink sheets. Euto is supposed to be reporting after market today (IIRC) so won't fall victim to this.

I have no idea how quickly the SEC will act on the new rules however.

Having said that i don't think that $ 1 will be seen on this stock for a while, i will agree that the potential is there to see .20 again in the near future depending upon the factor related to what the company release tonight and where this resolution of shares goes and all dependent upon the time frame and shares involved. IMO
