The media here seem to be full of alarm about the G7 doing nothing and people making statements like "the Dow should fall 40%" or "the Nikkei should just keep falling" and talking about fiddling while Rome burns (ABC radio). Headline on the Australian Business section today was "What are these men doing? When the World faces it's worst downturn since 1982". Big picture of G7 finance ministers and a chart of world growth rate with projections.

Flick,

I have developed a theory over the past week or so in watching the mutual fund flows... I think we got the ruthless ones out early and now we are down to the hohums.

Benign denial by the REST of the public.

Will it work???

I think we may find out this week!
