Anyone know what initial quantities/distribution that THQ usually ships for new Playstation release games (ala Devil Dice, G Darius, Brunswick)? Haven't seen any of them yet here in my rural Wal-Mart.
BTW, what the heck is "Babbages" anyway? Is it a electronics store, software outlet???

I still don't think that Q3 earnings will be that meaningful one way or another. Too much of the revenues and profits for the quarter will be "estimated" by initial shipments less reserves.

WCW/NWO reorder sales are the wild card, along with potentially a lessor amount for Quest. If WCW is strong, it will allow BF to be conservative with the new game shipments. If WCW is not that strong, he will probably have to be a bit more aggressive in not reserving as much for returns.
