G'day all - dear Tom & Ron, as you may know already, Prof. Sachs is a strong advocate of devaluation, so citing him is as good as unbiased economist as citing Prof Krugman for shutting one's financial border as a remedy of economic renewal <VBG>.

[note: I have utmost respect to both professors, but it seems [to me anyway] that a 1-trick pony is hard to resolve the world of multiplicity.]
