Are you saying that the MM stopped out my order while they were working it? Brown did not tell me that, in fact the phone rep. told me the order was not done, it was at the MM. Therefore, as far as I knew, I was at risk if the bid dropped. Ultimately, Brown may have gotten the MM to honor the size, but I had to argue with the phone rep. that I deserved an execution, he kept saying they could only sell through certain MMs. Brown should have been asking the MM what was going on with my trade well before I called 30 minutes later. It may be a coincidence, but within 60 seconds of asking for a supervisor, my trade was completed. I also would expect Brown to force the MM to honor the size if the price had moved away, and I would have asked them to do so if necessary. My past experience with Brown is they likely would have. I hope this trade was an anomaly. Dennis
