Thank you Henry, I broke into a cold sweat thinking something happened. I'm planning on rolling a few other things into CCO stock by the end of this month (before the elections). So I was a little concerned when SI said "symbol not found". Sounded like maybe trading was halted, or they were off the exchange or something. Thanks again. Hope you had a nice weekend. Henry,...Briefs were filed in the Courts last Tuesday September 29th. The State has 30 days to respond and CCO will have another 25 days to respond to the State. After that, there will be oral arguments. At least that is the way I've been interpreting things that Louly said out of the Florida Office of CCO. The last quote I've seen is a small transaction at $1-1/2 which would be up 1/16th over Friday's close. As we have seen by just the filing of the briefs, there is potential for pretty explosive moves in the stock price on even the slightest hint of progress. It now looks like we clearly won't see any sort of Court Decision until next year at the earliest. There could be some tax loss selling in the next couple of months so there may still be a buying opportunity later this year.
