CSCO year high 70
close Friday 55.75. That's down 20 %.

Cisco's recent top was close to $70. Where were the downgrades then?
My point was that at a top, upgrades are more common than downgrades.

I'm posting this for the benefit of other readers. I've read your response over a few times and cannot figure out what you are trying to communicate, if anything. It appears your writing skills match your investing skills. PW.

P.S. After buying more CSCO yesterday, my cost base has risen to $5.
