More importantly, they were downgraded by Cowen and also are being investigated by the FTC for colluding with other businesses (LU I think) to try and dominate market share. BS from the market manipulation folks. IMO, if there was any truth to this, it should have come a long time ago, not at the same time as the downgrade and market problems in general.
