Given Brinker's "eternal bullish" mode, if he does call a bear market, it will be only after most of the world has realized that it indeed is a bear market. And as calls go, that would be pretty useless, to say the least.

He might also be wrong in calling the subsequent "buy" signal, when the market turns from bearish to bullish. But whether he is right or wrong there probably shouldn't matter. Because nobody would be listening to him then! :-)

One just has to go back in time and check out. History is littered with the graves of market timers who made that single, fatal wrong turn...
