I'm certain if you contact the marketing departments at Winn Dixie and WalMart (and if they are willing to disclose this info to the public), they will acknowledge they are marketing their TCBG product line in full force. I am accepting IRs statement that packaging artwork has been finalized this past week. Artwork is certainly a critical portion of the marketing plan, as is the rumored 'roll out blitz'. These take time to develop. The execution of product roll out is another, a latter, portion of marketing. I don't want to defend their saying 'marketed' if it sounds like product is on the shelves, but I read this statement to be technically correct.

The BDO Seitman press release is refreshing to hear. It's a public confirmation of intention to move toward NASDAQ. I don't know anything about reporting houses yet, but I assume this is a reputable firm, and I assume that BDO Seitman would not have retained TCBG if the books looked screwy. I will learn.

As far as IRL race car financing, I have to give Jon the benefit of the doubt here. We still have no specific info on how this car was financed. Also, we newcomers all had plenty of time to abandon TCBG after the Unser announcement, and at a comfortable profit.

Smart investors never did did invest in Jon or TCBG. These have always been relative mysteries. We invested in a great product idea and some major contract news and extrapolated the probability that TCBG is worth taking a risk on. I have seen no flags raised which would indicate anything other than TCBG is on track, is learning, and will soon be releasing a cool product. The production delays we've seen are fairly normal.

I'd suspect that daytraders can confidently ignore this stock for another three weeks at least, though daytrading BB stocks still, to me, seems like a pain.

Next race is this coming Sunday, if I recall correctly.

Shoe.
