Zeus, You have remarked over and over and over regarding the Form 10. It evidently just bothers the daylights out of you...and you certainly have a right to any concern you have. Since the SEC has all this fresh information on JAWS, why don't you phone them and ask a pointed question as to why their form is so complicated, does it really take so long to be filled out and why JAWS has not completed theirs as of yet. Since they are truly the only one who has ALL the answers perhaps they will tell you. I see from the PR today that JAWS is continuing business as usual. Jim J
