JH - Our banks are not bust and we have bankruptcy laws ...thisis not Japan. ...low interest rates worked in 1987 but then you didn't had people at the Fed who saw what was coming and acted fast. Mr Greenspan is a total disaster as many people whose retirement is now a sick dream are beginning to realize. There is still something we can do to save the situation.... there is an election coming up.We could try explaining to ALL present incumbents that their electors will vote against them regardless of party unless they get the Fed and the Government to act. There is nothing that an incumbent fears more than having to find a job in the middle of a slump. Try it ...it is very effective. regards, L
