Toy -
MSFT is actually holding up a little better than the rest of the kennel... most of us are attending various wakes on other forums.

Here's part of a post I just did on CPQ thread... it's
techstocks.com

Appears that I should shop for SCUBA gear rather then food.

Glub! Glub! There goes my 6/4 CPQ 27.5 - let me get my mask adjusted, air pressure tweaked a little. What's that I see below? Must be my 3/27 LU 64.25! I can just make it out in the murkey waters... NO! By golly, it's my 3/25 SAP 36's! And there, right next to that rusty bucket - my 5/1 INTC 84.5's!!

OK it's old news. I haven't jabbed the Microsoftian cult for a while.

Best of luck.

ToySoldier

Just a pretty much crappy day at the stock market. No news to discuss other than the market is going down. Seems to me like a typical day in October.

Toyboy, Since when have you considered this an investment board? I never see you comment when the stock rises.

I sold some calls when we were at 113. Just sold puts today when we were at 97+. I wouldn't presume to have picked the market bottom, but Nov 95 puts for 6, or buying the stock at 89 worst case, looks like a great deal to me.

Thanks,
Mike

""" The MSFT stock is down over 6% and not one word from this board on the fall...""

I guess most people on this thread are long term MSFT investors. I have owned MSFT since it went public and over years I have added to my postion. Even if the stock would fall 20% it woudln't mean anything
to those who have made money year over year with MSFT! I hope this answers your question.
