Boston Chicken was an extremely high valued stock with investment banking firms pumping the stock up. However once people realized that they were in a low margin business with cut throat competitions and that their accounting was funny, the stock crashed.

AMZN is an extremely over valued....... well you get the picture.

One difference: AMZN has far more debt.
