The financials are proving today that no matter how oversold a stock is it can always get more oversold.

The action over the past two months is a reminder that throughout the 1980's money center banks typically sold below book. I have to keep reminding myself of that when I get tempted to buy.

Added ibm (ibmvd ),PFE,(pfevr ) BMCS puts (bcqvj).. still see them as overvalued. Holding YHOO, CSCO, AOL calls (caution should be exercised) put/call positions are small.

COST.. YHOO calls look good.. probably will surprise tomorrow and we'll have a rerun of yesterday. In and Out.. that movie was about YHOO really.

got stopped out with a 1/2 point loss which was not too bright, looking good now.
