<obviously, i have no firsthand experience as a customer of USW.> Chris.. That statement covered it pretty well. That post back in Aug. was brought about by my frustration with USW/Interact service provider. As I stated back then, their inability to provide an adequate bps rate, caused me to give up on their service and change to a new provider.. (unfortunatly I do not have that choice with my phone service) One would think a company like USW could give good service, instead of bad excuses.. Oh well! That's in the past and I'm pleased with my new provider. Thanks for you thoughts and good luck with your investment...
