I don't think of it as arguing Barbara, rather letting people see what evidence each individual uses to back up their opinion. You evidently see some kind of << stock distribution scheme>> to use your words and yet there is no evidence of this. In fact all the evidence points to the contrary. I just wanted people to have the truth. I'm sure when they read the recent SEC filing they see that REFR has all the options and they might ask themselves why a fund would be so anxious to enter into an agreement which gives the company all those rights---to determine the floor, to chose NOT to sell stock etc. I have given them some resources that will point them to the conclusion that many of us long term investors have come to and that is products are coming soon and the royalities could be quite substantial based on estimates by the licensees.

All anyone has to do if they are worried that there is no product currently is to check MSC's news. Their CEO announced the full scale-up for SPD and he further elaborated on their enthusiasm for this product on the conference call. Now why wouldn't you take that into consideration when you do your due diligence? I think that is a legitimate question that people should ask before they take your advice to short this stock.
