House Judiciary Committee just passed by 21-16 that settings

1. no time limits

2. no subject limits

on impeachment inquiry.

After watching whole day of this drama in this political threatre in Washington. I see it is very indeed partisan. Later impeachment vote will look like 21-16 also.

Williams Jefferson Clinton maybe will be in the House to defend himself. However, Clinton is pretty good at this only it is going to be lots fun to watch. This will last to New Year for sure.

t30 hit 4.70% new historically low, gold down $3-4.00 due to the threat sell of IMF, Dow managed to back up -63, but hi-tec Nasdaq -78; TSE 300 down -181.

More importantly hedge fund trouble is far from over. U.S. Banking sector got big hit, Citicorp -$9.00, Chase -$4.00 due to the fear of this hedge fund threat.

Dow rebounced cuz Rubin and his Deputy Treasury Secretary Summers mouth talks to have some damage control of this Dow -234 points early morning.

Canada Central Bank Chief Thiessen also came out and mouth talk to down play this -181 points TSE slide.

Loonie also down ,too. Wahohohohoho!!!!! VSE down a BIG 7 points.

Again CWA did not hit new low.
