Like Bill you will get what is coming to you.

It's worse then scary. It's an illegal threat.

Interesting.

I just returned from business in Mexico and am just catching up on the soap opera. I have received a few similar messages from GM. The question shareholders might ask themselves is whether a real executive would have to stoop to this. It is interesting that he blames the drop in stock price to this forum. I did not realize it had that much power.

There are some interesting postings since I have been gone. I made a few phone calls to see what verification I could get for the claims that GM and PTHR have made. What I was told (there is no verification) is the following:

1. The geologist, Mr. Chapman, who was at the mine, has quit. It sounded like he had some conflicts with PTHR.
2. The negotiation with Minera Humeyera may be one-sided, as no one I talked to knew of any negotiation on the part of the mine owner.

It would be interesting if GM would list all the persons who have been associated with PTHR from the beginning and what their status with the company is now. I am sure he will not do so, so in brief, I think people would find that almost everyone who has been associated with PTHR is not now associated with them. It is my opinion that the response from these people would be almost uniformly negative toward management.

If, in fact, the company is in serious negotiation with Minera Humeyera, they should come out with a joint communication, or some proof from the other party, that this is indeed taking place.

Maybe Mr. Muir could verify to us if, in fact, Mr. Chapman has left the company, and if so, who is presently at the mine representing PTHR.

From the financial side, it still sounds like the company is not paying some of their bills. People from Indonesia, Mexico, and Canada have stated to me that they have not been paid. These are not short term debts, but are, in large part, over a year old. It would be interesting to get a list of debtors.

Mr. Muir, you never did answer me on where you and Ms. Perfect got the $5 million to invest in PTHR while you let URT go down. Would you be so kind as to do so.

It is an easy thing to silence naysayers. Pay your bills, be forthright and correct with information to your shareholders, and above all, be a good manager. All the shareholders do is vote on their confidence in a company's ability to make a return on their investment.
