Hi Steve - you make some good points here

In response to your points:

The year end financial statement will tell the story of the sales growth. From one of AL's posts I recall that the auditors may be working on that now (or soon) with the statement out by December. So we won't have that long to wait.

The cheap paper out there - hard to say when that will come to the market. The folks I've talken to say that most of it is tightly held by long-term Napier investors who have been around a while now. You're right about the everything looking great moving forward for Napier - so why give up that paper now having held it through thick and thin knowing what may well lie ahead. My view is that they'll continue to hold and let Napier continue to build the business. If there is a flood of cheap paper - then that'll only drive the price down and why do that and forego potential larger profits?

For my own part - and I'm sure the others would agree - we need to know the good with the bad - and if either - then we need some contact information if possible so that factual stuff - either way - can be verified.

Your last point about NIR IR's department getting folks to post if there is negative sentiment appearing is an interesting idea - but I doubt it. I haven't heard of it happening - and it wouldn't be a good nor wise strategy to use.

I was hoping to have taken some NIR profits by now - but with the share price where it is I'll just continue to add when I can - hope that the G7 gets its act together - hope that Japan breaks up their Ministry of Finance (way too powerful in its current configuration) - hope there is a turnaround in the markets - but I look forward to more good News from Napier.

Tid bit: heard from someone today that Napier is actively pursuing a US Navy contract. We all know that they have tested the SV-35 product line on two of their landing craft (I think that's what they were) - but they have tested it - so we may see a deal down the road. This is just what I heard - someone else with more time can chase it down.

Back to work,

David.

Show me consecutive growth quarter after quarter!
Like other companies we wait for ER reports, don't forget Nir started marketing after patent approval April97.

Yes there is cheap paper and we are on groundfloor with Napier .So far since April97 Napier is going in the right direction with orders, and big names endorsements. IMO

In response to Steve, but first to make a correction. The patant was approved in April 1998 Gino.

Steve, when Napier can show you the money, the price will have moved up by then. How much money do you want to see? Theoretically, we would like to see increases quater after quater, and if so, any time over the next year will be a good time to get in.

I have talked to Jason Cubit countless times now. NEVER once has he asked me to post anything here, and he knows I am a true follower. Of course you may not believe me either. I was once sceptical, but I did my research and quelled any fears.

And I am not opposed to any negative informantion concerning this issue, as long as it is backed by believable proof. My money is at stake here and if there is anything seriously wrong, I would appreciate knowing.

Gotta go, Al
