'Zero% interest': I ain't going to buy no house even if it is 0%
interest. You still have to pay tax, insurance and other stuffs.
0% of BIG PRINICIPAL may sound good. But I don't think I can afford
to living in a Multi-million dollars house even if it 0% interest.

The builder would like that since you are the holding the 'principal'
and sooner or later you will pay up. It's interesting the real-estate
people keeping saying the interest rate is low and you can buy more.

I don't know about your area, but I don't see people buying more,
they just pay more since they can qualify for more. Same house, the
lower the interest house, the higher the price(so far and I'm seeing
that trend/curve is starting to invert).
