I think just as YHOO led AMZN up, AMZN will lead YHOO down - i.e. AMZN will make everyone question the viability of internet retail and to some degree commercial potential of portal sites. Once people start to doubt YHOO's future, theymay start to have some nagging suspicion that YHOO is too much like a billboard company on the net. I think a lot of air will go out of YHOO's valuation. Just my guess.
