Could very well be. I think there is going to be a least a sucker rally. Someone on CNBC said it perfectly, "This market isn't going to turn around until ALL hope is gone". I expect at least some buying towards the end. For the long termers, there are some bargains out there, compared to a few days ago, that can't be passed up IMO. From this point, whether we go to 7400, 7100 or 6900.....I think it is pretty much academic and that value investors will jump. I am even going to be adding to my long term port. today .... unless it gets continually ugly, but at this point I think I would be shaving fractions, and for my long holds, I am not into that.
