To all:

an interesting stock to check out that wil be having news very soon is NSKY.

NSKY is currently working on 3 movie projects, of which one has just been re-edited and is ready to go. This film is called "Freak Talks About Sex" and features Steve Zahn who is presently working in feature films with Tom Hanks, Meg Ryan, and sandra bullock to name a few. steve did this film at a time before being listed as Hollywood's next up and coming actor as mentioned in Entertainment Weekly August 7 issue. This alone makes the film a hot commodity, and top that off with the fact that this movie has been completely paid for, and NSKY only has an outstanding debt of $150k, this film will be total profit for NSKY.

They also have a movie in the works entitled "Face Facts". Winchester Entertainment is currently working on the financing and distribution for this film. Winchester entertainment is a UK company that is trading on the London stock exchange at around 65 pounds which is around $110 American currency. the movie Face facts will be starring Phoebe Cates & Stanley Tucci and will be directed by Peter Bogdanovich.

There third film is called "The Hell Candidate" which they own the screen rights too, and was written by Graham Masterton, who's style of writing in the horror genre is right up there with Stephen King. this movie is being presented at numerous meeting with some major film distributors who have expressed great interest and are talking about a budget of $50 million.

In NSKY's corner we have Leonard Shapiro whose 30 years of experience in the entertainment business as director/producer is a major plus to the direction that NSKY is taking. His negotiating and distribution skills in the Foreign & Domestic markets will give NSKY what it needs to make money in all avenues that the entertainment industry has to offer.

I am not asking you to just jump in and invest, but to just check out the NSKY thread, and then do you own DD. I think you will be presently surprised to see all this potential for a company who's share price is only at around .025 - .03 range right now before the news hits regarding these projects

EMC Becomes New Regional Representative & Master Distributor For Sls Industries

HANOVER, Md., Oct. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- SLS Industries, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SLSI - news) announced that Engineering Maintenance Corp. (EMC) of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, has become a new product representative and master distributor for UNIDIM(TM), its unique line of fully dimmable electronic HID ballasts. EMC's territory includes Michigan, Northern Ohio and Indiana.

''We are excited to offer SLS UNIDIM electronic ballasts to our clients, as well as to use them in our proprietary lighting products,'' said Sheldon Pastor, president of EMC. ''Their one-of-a-kind features and advantages will create a major impact on the lighting industry.''

''The reduced input wattage and lower harmonic distortion are enough to make this a must-have product for our major industrial clients,'' continued Pastor. ''Add the linear dimming control via its RJ-11 jack and you have a product with tremendous appeal for both new and retrofit applications -- this product is truly amazing.''

One of UNIDIM's unique features includes optional control via RJ-11 wiring (as used by standard telephones), rather than by regular electric power circuits. This allows the control and dimming of light fixtures in a row -- as along an isle or walkway -- regardless of where each light fixture draws its electric current.

The ETL-listed UNIDIM ballasts offer a number of other important and unique features that combine energy savings, environmental advantages, and reduced maintenance costs in a lighter, cooler, noise-free package.

UNIDIM ballasts represent a major breakthrough in lighting technology by addressing the industry's long-standing need for a continuously dimmable electronic HID ballast. Unlike conventional ballasts, UNIDIM ballasts allow continuous dimming of MH lamps from 50%-100% and HPS lamps from 40%-100% of relative light output.

Since 1991, Engineering Maintenance Corp. (EMC) of Bloomfield Hills has provided lighting product design and distribution to select retailers and offered professional electrical engineering and installations via its ECO Electric division. Its Power Clean System division provides consulting services and related products that improve and help maintain electric power quality.

As a Green Lights Ally, SLS Industries is committed to developing energy- efficient lighting products for commercial and industrial use. The company offers the latest technology in dimming and non-dimming ballasts for HID lighting. SLS maintains a state-of-the-art R&D facility in Hanover, Maryland, in the Baltimore-Washington corridor. SLS is an affiliate of the University of Maryland's Technology Advancement Program (TAP). UNIDIM is a trademark of SLS Industries, Inc.
